Join Nikki on April 12th for a quiet reset - One you so deserve - Where there is no doing, being, acting, or serving others. An afternoon that is all yours, giving you the opportunity to simply sink in and recalibrate. Maybe the clock change has you feeling a little off, maybe you have given a little too much of yourself lately, or maybe the world or life just feels extra heavy. We are putting it all aside, and simply taking care of ourselves here.
We will chat briefly about the role of the nervous system and its different components in our ability to rest, and then we will move into our practices of working with the nervous system to ease ourselves out of the stressful patterns we tend to live in, and just let go for awhile.
As always, this is the safest of containers - trauma informed and sensitive - with no worries at all. This is a practice in deep rest, with no expectations and no questions. You are safe here.
This afternoon is especially helpful for yoga teachers and seasoned practitioners, or anyone who may tend towards giving care to others and holding space for others. This is a space for you, about you, with no obligations to anyone else.
Registered Yoga Teachers can earn 4 CEU's for this event. Please let us know in advance if you would like CEU's so we can bring your certificates. You can also find this offering on the Yoga Alliance website by searching for Nikki Collier.
All Yoga Levels are welcomed and encouraged. This is a very very low impact offering meant for self-care - not athleticism.
Please Pre-Register for this event.
Early Registration is $45 until March 29. After March 29th, $55.

Dan Collier

Join Dan for an athlete‑centered yoga workshop designed to directly support how you train, perform, and recover.
This workshop is to show yoga not as a separate or passive practice, but as a powerful tool for improving movement efficiency, strength, mobility, and long‑term athletic resilience. Whether you’re a competitive athlete, recreational mover, or simply want to stay active and injury‑free, this experience is designed to meet you where you are.
We will explore why yoga is so effective for athletes, including how it counterbalances repetitive training patterns, builds mobility with control, strengthens underused stabilizers, and improves coordination between the nervous system and muscles. Emphasis is placed on quality of movement, breath awareness, and self‑regulation, rather than flexibility alone.
The workshop is scheduled for up to 3 hours depending on discussion. It includes an educational discussion followed by a full 60–75-minute Yoga for Athletes class, allowing you to feel these concepts in your body—not just hear about them. Breathwork and nervous system regulation are woven throughout, supporting recovery, focus, and stress management as essential performance tools.
This workshop is suitable for athletes of all levels and sports, and for anyone who wants to move better, recover faster, and perform with greater awareness and longevity. This workshop is limited to 20 people due and requires a minimum of 5.
Join Dan and discover how yoga can become an effective, sustainable part of your training routine.
