A beautiful opportunity to explore one of the most sacred texts in yoga! You do not have to be a yoga teacher to join us, but we do offer 10 CEU's for this course to any RYT.

This is a weekend course, so feel free to bring snacks and drinks as well as anything that will make you comfortable sitting on the floor for a few hours per day.

A review of the book prior to class will be so helpful, and so appreciated!
