I can't wait to move with you!!

  In our Playful Flow you can expect a fun, easy going class that will get you moving and keep you laughing! Explore asana as we increase balance, flexibility, and mobility. This 60 minute Hatha/Vin/Yin mish-mash is intended to allow the mind to slow, while the breath takes over. Leave all your expectations, and just bring your beautiful soul to the mat. All levels are welcomed and encouraged, as lots of modifications will be offered for the new practitioner as well as the seasoned yogi(ni).
