Monthly Restorative Yoga

Slow down, unwind, and release tension in this slow and deep practice designed to guide you through Restorative Yoga poses, with the comfort and support of props, to reset the body and mind, finding a more relaxed and centered state of being.

This practice is an antidote to your stressful daily life, and no yoga experience is required. If participating online, the following props will be helpful to have on hand: Bolster, 2 Blankets, 2 Blocks, Strap, 2 Therapy Balls (or Tennis Balls), and a sock to put the balls in.

All levels are welcome.
