Located in Reno, NV, our Loka is a refuge where our experienced instructors are dedicated to providing you, the first time or the experienced yoga student, young or seasoned, with the opportunity to breathe deeply, strengthen and nourish your physical body, to join with your individual spirit and with the spirit of community. Our schedule includes multiple ongoing daily yoga classes, theme workshops, teacher training and private instruction all dedicated toward balancing your individual body, mind and breath (spirit).
Yoga translates as union, or bringing together body, mind and breath (spirit).
Loka is a place or location, a region of the world, that is bright and visible. Loka Samgraha connotes a "world gathering," and stands for the ideal of bringing together or harmonizing the world.
