Let a yoga adventure to Fiji be a vessel for rediscovering your inner-peace and an opportunity to deepen your yoga practice within the rich culture and unhurried rhythm of South Pacific life.

Enjoy a daily yoga practice each morning in the yoga shala (studio) on the beach, 3 meters from the sea.  Beginning with the breath and moving to a place of inner focus these guided practices will help you discover a deeper strength and greater fluidity that you can call upon as you move gradually into more challenging asanas.   Evening  practices will  consist  of  gentle asana,  pranayama and contemplation/meditation.

Please bring your own props: mat, strap, blocks and one yoga blanket.
