Conscious Dance Inviting you all to join us on Saturday night, May 19 as we continue to present an "Introduction to Conscious Dance". Not a 5 Rhythms teacher but loving how that style of dance touches my heart and soul, we will explore waves of "World Beat" music moving through the rhythms of Flow, Staccato, Chaos, Lyrical and Stillness with some basic explanations as to how your body can open to and dance each of them. Many have expressed an interest in this type of dance but seem hesitant to really get out there and try it. This week's dance will be designed to take away the mystery and invite participation. Wear comfortable clothing, bring lots of water, a childlike curiosity and we will dance like no one is watching. DJ Zephyr
